Some problems I saw today was Branden tends to jump out of sink when I calla power 10, will have to work on that, also Seth's elbows tend to go up like a butterfly. Otherwise I think they are ready for the water.
This year we have 6 returning members to the Mens 8+, this is excellent as the two new guys seem to be adapting well to the workouts and feel they have something to prove by trying harder in the workouts and generally trying to show that they are ready for these challenges.

A big focus this year for me was to solidify the crew as a team, the more they stick together the better than can mold as a team and have a respect for each others effort and be able to push each other without looking pretentious. That's all for today, some pictures to follow soon?
